You can delete your Aruun Doorstep account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, saved addresses, order history, wishlist and other personal data from our systems, as described below.

1. Delete Your Account in the App

The quickest way is to delete your account from inside the App:

• Open the Aruun Doorstep App on your device.
• Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
• Confirm the deletion when prompted. We may first ask you to re-enter your PIN or phone number to verify that it is you.

2. Delete Your Account by Email

You can also request deletion by email:

• Write to support@aruundoorstep.com from the email address or with the phone number registered on your account.
• Use the subject line "Delete my account" and confirm in your message that you wish to delete your account and all associated data.
• Our support team will verify your identity and process your request.

3. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• Your account, profile, addresses, order history, wishlist, push notification data and other personal data are permanently deleted from our systems.
• Deletion is normally completed within 30 days of a verified request. Backups containing your data are purged within 90 days.
• Certain transactional records that we are required to keep under applicable law — such as invoices and tax (GST) records — may be retained for the statutory period, but they will no longer be linked to an active account.
• We may decline to delete data that we are legally required to keep.
