By accessing or using Aruun Doorstep (the "App", the "Service" or the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Service.
Aruun Doorstep is an online grocery ordering service that lets you order fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, groceries and daily essentials from your neighbourhood stores and have them delivered to your doorstep. We act as a platform connecting you with our partner stores and delivery partners.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the delivery address and contact details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to receive the order.
Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your name, mobile phone number, date of birth and delivery address, and, if you choose to sign in with email, a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Where payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a refund will be initiated in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Pay at Pickup. Online payments (UPI, cards, net banking) are planned and, when available, will be processed by a third-party payment gateway. Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before you confirm your order.
Delivery is available only within the serviceable pin codes and delivery zones we operate in. Delivery time slots are estimates and not guaranteed. We work hard to deliver on time but are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather conditions, or events at the delivery location. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the chosen slot; if the order cannot be delivered, it may be returned to the store and handled in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items may be reported within 24 hours of delivery, either in the App or by contacting our support team at support@aruundoorstep.com. Refunds are processed after verification, in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose. Products purchased through the Service are for personal, household use only and may not be resold without our prior written consent.
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Aruun Doorstep or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute this content without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aruun Doorstep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Service. Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall first be referred to our support team at support@aruundoorstep.com for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
